Yunessun is a hot springs spa resort and water amusement park in Hakone, Japan

Colour Coding of Wristbands
At the reception desk, you will receive one of the following wristbands, depending on what zone rsort you want to visit.

Yellow for Mori No Yu Zone
Green for Yunessun Zone
Red for both Mori No Yu and Yunessun Zone.

How to open and close your locker
The locker number is on your wristband. Please open and close your locker by scanning your wristband over the sensor on the locker, shown below. Also shown below, is how to make a payment at a vending machine.

By registering the time and date of your wristband, all the charges are counted, automatically. You then can make a final payment when you leave Yunessun.

For payment of all services, Yunessun has developed a unique electronic cash-less payment system based on a wireless digital wristwatch, which we offer to you upon arrival. This wristwatch records all your transactions, and then allows you to pay your final bill as you are about leave Yunessun.

This payment system allows you to enjoy all kinds of water activities and gives you peace of mind of not worrying about forgetting or getting your purse, or wallet, wet.

Entering Yunessun: visit the Reception Desk

Step 1
Every visitor to Yunessun is required to come the reception desk upon entering. Even if you have purchased a ticket (prepaid tickets, etc.), please come to the reception desk.

Step 2
You will be given a digital wirelesss wristband that looks like a typical wrist watch. (see Digital Wristbands).This wristband is part of a cash-less payment system used at Yunessun for all purchases, and will also be used as your access to your locker for storing your clothes as change into your swimsuit.

Step 3
Before you go to the locker room area, please take your shoes off, you can carry your shoes with you. It is customary in Japan to remove your shoes upon entering a building.

Towels and Robes
You can borrow towels and robes to wear over your swimsuits, for free. You can pick up these items at the Kashidashi Counter (Rental Counter)

A Reminder!
Please be careful and don't mix up Yunessun Zone and Mori No Yu Zone. Yunessun Zone is the section where you are required to wear swimsuits. In the Mori No Yu zone, bathing is in the nude, without swimsuits.

Exiting Yunessun and Paying your Bill

Step 1
After changing back into your clothes, please go the cashier section where you will see automatic cashing machines.

Step 2
Put your wristband into the cashing machine. The amount of money you need to pay is automatically calculated and shown on the display. Please put money into the machine in accordance with the instruction. Please take the exit card and receipt from the machine that is issued when the payment is complete.
NOTE Payment by credit cards is accepted at the reception desk.

Step 3
Put the exit card into the exit gate and walk through. Thank you for visiting Yuneesun!

Important! Your wristband is used as a key to your locker and acts as an electronic purse. So, please make sure that you wear it on your wrist at all times. If you lose your wristband, please notify the reception desk immediately.

This wireless wristband payment system is available for other services and can be used at restaurants, shops, beauty and massage salons, and even for the vending machines.
